The app supports the following OIDC feature:

Requirements

The only requirement for using Okta SSO with Skye is having a valid account with Okta.

Configuration Steps

In order to configure OIDC in your application, you must retrieve the OIDC client ID that can be found under the Sign On tab.

Using this client ID, you can set up Skye OIDC in your own application. You must be sure to have the correct redirect URL to Okta and back in order to ensure correct authentication. In addition, you must have the correct Okta issuer (e.g. *https://dev-79114643.okta.com/oauth2/default*). Please be sure to provide the Skye team with your organization’s issuer and client ID information. Using this information, the Skye team will provide your organization with the correct sign in link. Detailed information can be found under Notes.

In order to add the Skye OIDC application in Okta, you must simply add the app to your application in Okta. No other further information is required for OIDC with Skye.

Notes

In order to sign up or sign into Skye using Okta, click on the “SIGN IN WITH OKTA SSO” button after navigating to the correct sign up or sign in page. For a specific organization, the client will have to navigate to [https://app.joinskye.com/signin?okta=<organization>](https://app.joinskye.com/signin?okta=<comanyName>), where <organization> is the client’s associated organization and provided to Skye in advance along with the relevant authorization parameters. The relevant clientId is also to be provided to Skye.
