Please read this user agreement carefully as it contains important agreements, policies, and information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations that collectively comprise the “Terms of Service” of the Skye Platform. In these Terms, Section VII contains an arbitration agreement that apply to all claims brought against Skye in the United States.

1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement and contract between you (“you,” “your,” “User,” “Coaches,” or “Clients”) and Skye Inc (“Skye,” “we,”, “us,” or “ours”) that govern your use of the website, applications, and other offerings from Skye (collectively, the “Skye Platform”). In order to use any or all features of the Skye Platform, you must register an account, keep your account information accurate, and read, agree to, and accept all of the Terms to be a User, Coach, or Client of our website located at www.coachskye.com or any part of the rest of the Site.
2. The Skye Platform offers an online venue that enables Users to publish, offer, match with, purchase, schedule, and book services. Users who publish and offer services are “Coaches” and Users who match with, purchase, schedule, and book services are “Clients.” Coaches offer personal development, professional development, and other services (collectively, “Coaching Services,” and each Coaching Service offering, is a “Package”).
3. As the provider of the Skye Platform, Skye does not own, control, offer, or manage any Packages or Coaching Services. Skye is not a party to the contract concluded directly between Coaches and Clients. Skye is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any User.
4. If you are a Coach, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, and contracts with third parties that apply to your Packages or Coaching Services.
5. Skye may, in its sole discretion, amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Skye Platform. Any revisions to the Terms will take effect on the noted last updated date (each, as applicable, the “Last Updated”).

I. Skye Platform & Purpose

1. Account Management

By registering for an account on the Skye Platform (an “Account”), by using the Skye Platform after the Effective Date with an Account, or by clicking to accept the Terms of the Skye Platform when prompted, you agree to abide by these Terms. Skye reserves the right to decline a registration to join the Skye community or an Account addition, for any lawful reason, including supply and demand, cost to maintain data, or other business considerations.

2. Account Profile

As part of the registration process of an Account for the Skye Platform, you must complete a User profile (“Profile”), which you consent to be shown to other Users. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information on your Profile, registration and any other forms on the Platform. You further agree to update your information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness. You agree not to provide any false or misleading information about your identity, location, skills, or Coaching Services. Failure to comply may result in termination of the account.

3. Account Verification

You understand that your Account on the Skye Platform may be subject to validation and verification at any time. This could include validation to confirm your identity, location, and profile details against official government documents, legal documents, and third-party databases. You authorize Skye, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries necessary, subject to applicable law, to perform this validation, and will comply in a timely manner with requests for you to provide Skye with information. The company reserves the right to limit some Account features pending verification. Such features will be restored upon successful completion of the verification.

4. Ownership

All pages, features and content within this Platform and any material made available for download are the property of Skye, or its licensors or suppliers, as applicable. The Platform is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. The contents of the Platform, including without limitation all data, files, documents, text, photographs, images, audio, and video, and any materials accessed through or made available for use or download through this Platform may not be copied, distributed, modified, reproduced, published or used, in whole or in part, except for purposes authorized by these Terms of Use or otherwise approved in writing by Skye. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose, or deep link to, any name, trademarks, service marks, logo, Content or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Skye without our express written consent.
